Susan Youle

About Me

I have many years’ experience in working with children, adult social care and health services. During my working life I have been a self-employed registered childminder working with new born babies up the age of sixteen, I have been an auxiliary nurse working for the British Nursing Agency, I supported patients in all areas of the health care sector, this gave me a wealth of knowledge and experience.

In 2007 when I moved into the area, I began working in day services, during my career I have supported adults with a learning disability, having completed several years as a community support worker, I was successful in gaining my current role as a team leader, a role I am fully committed too, I am passionate about ensuring people with a learning disability and have their rights respected and to have the same life experiences and opportunities as everyone else in society.
