Charitable Trust donation makes poolside wheelchair purchase possible

With the generous support of Care Plus Group Charitable Trust and Immingham Community organisation One Voice, the Care Plus Group Community Learning Disability Team Physiotherapists have been able to purchase an essential poolside shower wheelchair for Immingham Swimming Pool.

Sue Over, Superintendent Physiotherapist at Care Plus Group said: “This chair is purpose built out of steel and won’t rust in the humid conditions of the swimming pool. This chair complements the already amazing facilities available for people with a disability at the centre.”

Sheila Lambert, CPG Physiotherapy Assistant said: “The Lincs Inspire staff we work with to provide disability aquatherapy have been amazing and this session is enjoyed tremendously by everyone who attends.”
