We recently awarded Care Plus Group Primary Care £744 to purchase an informational board and drug box educational materials to support drugs education across the local community.
Staff from CPG Primary Care will attend schools and colleges to undertake drug educational sessions, discussing the effects taking drugs this can have on your health.
The resources will also educate patients who attend Open Door.
Open Door is a unique facility in the heart of Grimsby that provides GP, health care and social support services, information, advice and guidance. Its aim is to ensure that people have the opportunity to improve their lives through a combination of integrated and flexible services all based around health and wellness.
